Returns & Exchanges:
Due to COVID-19 there will be no returns, no exchanges/store credit until further notice from the store and/or online purchases.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unused. Final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped.
How to return:
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the store purchase or ship date. Please contact us for return instructions.
You will be provided with address to send packages back.
We recommend that all returns be sent via traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. Upon receipt, please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited (minus shipping charges) and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns to International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks for your account to be credited (minus shipping charges) and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
